While the volleyball may bounce off the arms and hands, smart and quick footwork is the secret to making great plays on the volleyball court. This camp is designed to get the players moving fast and to use the most efficient footwork possible to get themselves in the best position to succeed. This session will cover quick feet to the ball when passing, digging, setting, attacking, and blocking.
